The Virtual Relaxation Room is a place where students, parents, and teachers are able to easily access tools and strategies to help calm your mind and/or take a break. The goal of this interactive experience is to remind us to pause, breathe, and connect to help manage stress, rather than eliminate it. The Virtual Relaxation Room is not intended to take the place of counseling but to offer additional resources in times of immediate need. This resource is not intended or appropriate for students in immediate need of one-on-one support.
